Steak with green beans and roasted sweet potato

INGREDIENTS

Grilled lean beef steak fillet - 290g
Sweet potato - 299g
Rapeseed oil - 3.5tsp
Green beans - 128g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Microwave the butternut squash/sweet potato for 4-5 minutes and then bake in the oil in the oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak as you like it
  3. Boil the green beans for 6-10 minutes or steam for 4-6 minutes.
