Steak with sweet potato, broccoli and avocado

INGREDIENTS

Sweet potato - 405 g
Beef steak - 331 g
Broccoli - 171 g
Avocado - 85 g
Vegetable oil - 1.5 tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cube sweet potato and add to a pan with oil. Fry for 5 minutes
  2. Push sweet potato to one side and add steak, sear on both sides for 1 minute, then turn down to medium heat
  3. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, or to preference
  4. Add chopped broccoli and cook for a further minute covered
  5. Serve with avocado
