Sweet potato - 405g
Rump steak - 352g
Avocado - 107g
Spinach - 64g
Mustard - 2.5tsp
Chives - 5g
Black pepper - pinch




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grill the steak to your preference
  2. Boil the sweet potato and mash, mixing in a sprinkle of chives
  3. Serve with a side salad of spinach and avocado
