Sweet potato pancakes

45-59% chocolate - 34g
Cinnamon - 2.5tsp
Eggs - 4large
Sweet potato - 303g
Vanilla or chocolate whey protein - 70g


  1. Preheat a pan
  2. Spiralise or peel the sweet potatoes into noodles and steam for about 5 - 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Transfer to a large mixing bowl, season with cinnamon. Grate or finely chop the chocolate and add it to the mixing bowl, along with the egg and protein powder. Toss to combine.
  4. Add to the pan and cook until firm both sides
