INGREDIENTS

Sweet potato baked - 294g
Whey protein powder - 100g
Eggs chicken whole - 1 medium
Honey - 2tbsp
Oat flakes rolled - 40g
Cocoa powder - 5tsp
Baking powder - 1tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 C. Peel the sweet potato, grate into a bowl and combine well with the other ingredients. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until risen and golden brown.
  2. This recipe makes 4 bars at 300kCal and 3 bars at 400kCal
