Rye bread - 79g
Tinned tuna - 64g
Medium fat soft cheese - 30g
Spinach - 30g
Onions - 23g
Garlic raw - 1clove




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Finely chop onion and garlic, chop spinach, beat cream cheese
  2. Mix together with drained tuna
  3. Serve over toasted rye bread
