Tuna Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS

Cucumber - 105g
Mayonnaise - 8.5 tsp
New Potatoes - 619g
Spring onions - 2 chopped
Tuna canned in spring water drained - 320g
Spinach - Handful




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring waer to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until potatoes are fork tender, about 5 to 8 minutes depending on their size
  2. Chop the spinach, spring onion and cucumber
  3. Add the tuna, mayo and potatoes together with the veg and mix
  4. Enjoy
