Turkey bolognese with spaghetti

INGREDIENTS

Garlic Puree - 2 tsp
Mixed Herbs - 2 tsp
Mushrooms - 75g
Onions - 107g
Tomato Puree - 4 tsp
Tinned Tomatoes - 160g
Spaghetti - 100g
Turkey Mince - 299g
Olive oil - 5 tsp




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Boil a pan of water and cook the pasta as per instructions
  2. Warm the oil in a large pan, add the garlic, chopped onion and brown the turkey mince
  3. Add the tomato puree and cook for a further 2 mins
  4. Add the chopped mushrooms and chopped tomatoes
  5. Simmer and reduce until the sauce has thickened
  6. Place on a plate and cover with the bolognese
  7. Enjoy!
