Vanilla Raspberry Protein Balls

Honey - 8g
Oat flakes rolled - 34g
Oil coconut - 1 tsp
Raspberrys dried - 14g
Whey protein Vanilla - 23g


  1. Blend ingredients (keep half the raspberries back) with protein powder. Mix in melted coconut oil and honey
  2. Then add water a few drops at a time until it forms a sticky thick consistency
  3. Roll in the crushed raspberries and enjoy, they are also great chilled.
