INGREDIENTS

Quorn mince - 320g
Kidney Beans - 255g
Onions - 128g
Garlic puree - 3 tsp
Chilli powder - 4 tsp
Peppers - 180g
Tomatoes canned - 410g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop the peppers onions and fry in a large pan.
  2. Add the quorn and cook through, add all the other ingredients and simmer for 15 - 20 mins.
  3. Enjoy
