INGREDIENTS

Tofu - 188g
Hummus - 23g
Onions - 23g
Mushrooms - 20g
Yeast flakes - 17g
Garlic - 1.5 cloves
Chilli peppers - 5g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Squeeze water out of tofu, mash until it makes a paste, then mix with the rest of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper - make sure to chop vegetables finely so the mixture holds together.
  2. Drop 1 tbsp of mix into a heated pan with shallow oil, and repeat, gently flip when the bottom is cooked through. Serve with hummus.
