INGREDIENTS

Quorn Sausages - 179g
Portabello mushrooms - 171g
Tomatoes - 171g
Garlic puree - 3 tsp
Nutritional Yeast flakes - 4 tsp
Tofu - 267g
Brown Bread - 158g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grill the sausage, tomato and mushrooms
  2. Toast your bread
  3. Chop the tofu and use a fork to crumble it into bite-sized pieces. Add to frying pan and when it’s hot, add the tofu and all the remaining ingredients, garlic and yeast.
  4. Serve all together and enjoy!
