INGREDIENTS

Rice - 107g
Seitan Pieces - 299g
Oil sesame - 4 tsp
Ginger - 6g
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Garlic cloves - 3
Peppers - 138g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the rice as per instructions.
  2. In a hot wok, add the oil and fry off the seitan, add the pak choi and peppers
  3. Add the garlic, ginger and soy sauce
  4. Servce with the rice.
