INGREDIENTS

Curry powder - 3 tsp
Seitan Pieces - 299g
Spinach - 80g
Oil olive - 4 tsp
Onions - 136g
Cauliflower - 245g
Tinned Tomatos - 260g
Naan Bread - 171g




COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, chop the cauliflower and bake for 15 mins.
  2. In a pan add the oil and cook the seitan, add the spinach, onions and chilli powder, then add the tomatos.
  3. Add the cauliflower and cook for 5 mins, heat the naan for 2 mins and serve!
